A point worth noting is that the Official death toll (2973 people) of those killed in the Sept 11th 2001 events has nearly been surpassed by the number of US Military (2897 people) killed in Afghanistan & Iraq. If you add in other nation's military dead, the figure is well in excess.

Whatever your views on the background to 911, the event certainly changed the world, just as was intended.; September 25, 2006 5:16 pm

I would say that I believe that (elements of the) US Government did allow or make 911 happen. There is no other rational explanation - certainly the Official (Conspiracy) Theory does not expain the events.

The 911 events were planned to solicit public sanction of the (pre-planned) invasions of Afganistan & Iraq, which otherwise would not have been publically supported by the US people.
