Where did you get that from? It's definitely making an appearance here (search 'powell')Good place to watch for any hint of that would be Steve Clemons, or Larry Wilkerson's Havana Note blog (although he generally stays on-topic).

I guess someone put it out there early, and it filtered through - but on the face of it the only evidence was that he had gone on a stage with some black people and done some black shit, which I thought was mildly racist - Powell's dancing to hip hop so he must be about to endorse a black man!
